Information in optional product registration

If you choose to use optional product registration, Noelza may collect your Amazon order number, email address, product selection, and whether you separately choose marketing consent.

Optional registration information is used for product registration and support. It is not required to access the installation guide.

Marketing permission is your choice

Marketing permission is separate and optional. It is presented as its own unchecked choice and is not needed for product registration, support, or installation guidance.

Storage and retention

When optional product registration succeeds, Noelza stores the registration information in encrypted storage through noelza-core for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

If registration cannot be completed or is not configured, information is not stored and you can still access the installation guide.

Deletion and privacy requests

To request deletion of registration information or ask a privacy question, email support@noelza.com. Please include enough information for us to understand which registration your request concerns.
